A creative studio and teaching space for cloth, print, form and paper.
A working studio for learning, experimenting and making by hand – shaped by materials, seasons and the people who gather around the table.
Taking you on journey through warp and weft, needle and thread and fibre and yarn, we will explore tactile ways of making by hand through stitch, repair and repetition.
Exploring ink and texture, pattern and repetition, print and mark-making, we build layered surfaces through colour, graphics and experimental processes.
Discovering found objects and recycled materials alongside glass, stone, wood and wire, we shape, assemble, carve and construct through material-led experimentation.
Creating with folded pages, forgotten print, collage and paper objects, we transform old materials through layering, binding and hands-on experimentation.
